Yeah, that's the bit I was wondering about. Looks like I shall be buying a roll of auto weather stripping and seeing if I can use that to get the window to seal up when shut :).

I'll have to see if I can find any info on the windows. The KIT was easy, it had Hehr brand, but I don't know right off the top of my head if the Amerigo used the same brand.
