Hello Chief! About 5 years ago I came upon a deal for a 1987 Yukon Wilderness 24C (Fleetwood). Even though I had a camper, I thought this would be a great project to rehab and place on a permanent hunting site. Like you, I installed a fridge, and had to replace/repair several spots in the water lines with PEX tubing. I also ripped out any carpet, repaired soft spots in the floor, and installed peel and stick tile. I repaired all leaks around the windows, and aluminum roof, and then covered the walls in bead-board paneling. The heater didn't work so I installed a small base board heater and supplement it with a ceramic space heater. Very toasty even down to single digits. In other words, it can be done with time and patience. And to add.... I cleaned the exterior and painted it with Rustoleum simi-gloss white, and the window frames with Rustoleum gloss black. It still looks good and I use it several times a year. Best wishes, don't give up, and turn it into something you'll love!
