That looks like a very nice find and the price seems great now you already seem to have your plan worked out mostly for the structure of the TC so one of the members here is sabconsulting and has alredy undertaken several modifications to his TC and the one that really caught my attention was
New Roof which by his reports is performing flawlessly so if you wish to indulge yourself further then it might be something to consider.
