1999 Catalina Coachman 299 TB

The roof and ceiling look great. The owners are saying that they hit a tree with the front corner which has some dents in it and a crack in the seam. It has been fixed. In the bedroom closet the paper does seem a little warped but no smell, dampness (we went after a rain storm) and it could have just have been warped from the accident. It will just make our driveway (we only have 32' with no side yard- got love Long Island NY). The owners are also saying dry weight is 4300 lbs and when I looked it up it was 6800lbs. I haven't had time to work on that yet, but I will. The price is right for us we don't want to go into debt for it right now, thus why we are looking for a used camper. Thank you for all your input.
