I think I can not add to much on the trolley. But on stuff here are a few things we have done. Most Walmart's have a pretty good RV section and most things tend to be a bit cheaper. Get a good hose, and pressure regulator. I also take a 90 degree elbow sow when I am connected to city water the hose drops straight down. A water filter (20.00) Walmart never hurts to be safe and they are cheap. I was lucky and took over a bunch of nesting pots and pans from my mom and dads but Ikea has some nice smaller gear that works well in the trailer. I also have added a few command hooks for various items such as keys and so forth. Keep a notebook or journal with you and just add notes as you go on things you forget or find you have in their but never use. Something else I do is use Rubbermaid storage totes int the cupboards. I think it is easier to keep organized and this way things like bread chips and marshmallows don't get smashed.
One last thing get a water thief. They are very handy when you stay at a camp ground that you don't have hook ups at. It is a pain dumping water at 5 gallons a time.
Welcome and happy travels.
