2" Receiver to 3" Now What

Looking at moving up from a Ram 1500 with a 2" receiver to the 2500 that has a 3". I just picked up my tt two weeks ago with a WDH and sway bar specifically for the 1500. Is there something I can do so that I do not have to spend all kinds of money on a new hitch to fit a 3" receiver? I'm still new at this-thanks.

    They make a sleeve for it. I can't remember if my 13 2500hd came with it or they gave me one from parts department....

    My 2015 Chevy 2500 also came with a 3" receiver but it also came with a 2" insert. Are you the Dodge dosen't have that?
