How old are the kids? My family (6 people - 2 adults, 4 kids) camped for years in 15 to 17-foot TT's. Couch in back folded down to make double bed for parents, double bunk on folding shelf above that, and front dinette folded into yet another double bed. No toilet of any kind, but I've seen some of the same trailers remodeled by the Glamperland crowd to have a toilet what was the closet.
