Well, I think mine is more like 22-23 feet, but check out the Puma toy hauler travel trailer. Sleeps 6, even has a tub. It's more of an entry level model but it is planned out well. Surprisingly has a lot of space given its size. The kids will put the beds up and close the curtains and play under the beds, calling it the "fortress of solitude"...
