Your requirements can be met if you can deal with 21-22ft tip to tip (i.e. my trailer meets all your needs easily but is 22'4") If 20' is a hard number, you will have to look for an expandable of some kind. Trailmanor, hybrid, or hard rear slide. I have seen no non expandable floor plans under 20' that sleep 6. Good hunting!
