There are hybrids with solid walled bed extensions like the Shamrock and the Roo BUT not in a model that small because there would be nowhere for the slide to go when closed up, they all use canvas so it can just fold up inside.
Maybe a 24' tilted up on its rear? :B
Also, there may be other storage lots with a better selection of parking slots in your area. It might be worth driving a little further if they have 25' slots.
