Also, there may be other storage lots with a better selection of parking slots in your area. It might be worth driving a little further if they have 25' slots.
Sadly, storage lots are expensive here. :( My town has strict rules about keeping this stuff at your home, so they offer a storage lot for pretty decent rates. There's just quite a jump between the 20' spot and the 40' spot.
