Staying under 20' makes it tough. My camper has two beds, one a cabover and one with the dinette converted to an approximate queen size bed. It will sleep 4 real comfortably, and 1 child could also share either bed for a total of 6 people in a 19.5' configuration, but not with everyone having their own bed. You either need a slide out or some way to expand the space to fit that many people in that small of space, especially if everyone wants a separate bed.
