I'm glad you posted this and was going to post something similar. We don't have a firm restriction on length, bus want to stay under 25' total.
The Lance 2185 really is perfect, but I don't want to spend that much. The KZ 196s is really close, but is single axle and missing a few niceties like oven and larger fridge. It is, however, $10k cheaper!
I'm thinking we'll end up with the Lance, but it is going to really hurt the pocketbook.
The rear slide Shamrock and Roo are a possibility, but I prefer to get extra width out of a slide.
