Pretty tall order to fit all that inside 20ft.
To put that into perspective I had a 20ft TT, the box was 20ft and the tongue added 3ft more for a grand total of 23ft.
There was only enough space for a full (double bed), a single twin bed (fold down table) and one very small single twin bunk over top the full bed. That's it, 3 adults and 1 kid or you could fit 2 adults, 3 kids (two on the table top bed).
In the case of my old 20ft TT it would have been possible to build some sort of makeshift "bunk" over top the table bed by sitting boards on top of the dinette seats.
Our old trailer did have a separate bath (tub/shower/toilet/lav sink) which took A LOT OF SPACE and a small galley kitchen across from the dinette.
Needless to say that 20ft TT was very cramped quarters and had to tear down beds for day time and make them again for night time..
I have in the past seen some smallish TTs at 18ft boxes which could sleep at least 4 if not 5 but I really don't recall any that could sleep 6.
I'm thinking you really will need to consider a hybrid trailer if you really want to stay within the 20ft..
Alternately if you don't mind spending the money, check into having one built to suit your needs. You can often find custom trailer builders which build combo horse trailers with living quarters (some pretty NICE living quarters too boot). It wouldn't take much to simply have them build the entire cargo trailer as living quarters.
This way you can pick and choose the features that can fit into this space..
