Just brought a new Chev Silvarado 1500 with 20" Goodyear Eagle tires. When doing a little research on the tires, which I wish I had done before buying the truck, found out they're passenger car tires....
My Silverado also has 20" tires and comes factory equipped with a tow package, 7 pin connector, and pre-wired for trailer brakes. Now why would you suppose they did that if you couldn't tow a trailer? And not to high jack, but, I would also be curious to know what the gvwr would be for 20's vs 16's? Enquiring minds and all...
