2000 Northern lite ten- 2000 series

I appreciate your input and yours sounds to be in great shape but this one is no way near worth that. This TC was neglected for a while and it showed. I know there hard to find in the south but if I want to take the drive up in northwest I know I can find a clean Northern lite or bigfoot that is around the NADA. I looked at a 1999 Bigfoot here in Dallas and the owner never took care of it and he wanted way over average NADA and had dry rot near basement storage and stain in ceiling carpet. The fridge was shot and the base of camper in rear the fiberglass on both sides were gouged and broken up with exposed wood. Owner never caulked roof vents either and he wanted over 10,000!! I told him he was delusional. I will not pay thousands over average NADA for 14 year old campers period. Do not care what brand it is. I has seen more dry rot and water damage in older TCs like Lance and sellers want thousands over average retail. Rvs and Truck campers do not appreciate in value. Only some owners think so...
