Going to look at this 2000 Northern Lite ten- 2000 series for sale hopefully Tuesday or Wednesday. Anyone with any insight on this brand or year would be helpful. He is asking 8500.00 or B.O. Anyone ...

It was barely used and in great condition. I added a roof AC (a necessity here in Fl). Happi-jack (with wired remote) electric jacks had been added. The guy even threw in a 1000 watt Yamaha genny and filled the propane tanks for me. I completely resealed it last year.
I also added a second battery and battery switch.
I dont think NADA is real close on the value of the NL and Bigfoot tc's. One reason is that they are so hard to find. I value it at around $10,000 to $10,500 or so.

Nada uses historical sales price figures so I would say they are pretty accurate. Having said that any item is worth what somebody is willing to pay.
