I just replaced a tail light bulb two weeks ago and want to say that was the second one this year.
As for the serpentine belt. Yes that is a wear item/maintenance replacement. I replaced the first one around 120k miles and when I had my truck in the shop for the AC compressor replacement back in April I had them replace the belt since they were already working in that area.
I try to avoid the shop so if there's something else that needs to be addressed in the near future I will have it serviced early. My current brake job was also serviced during that same visit and I'm sure they still had some miles left.
