FIFY. While I wouldn't use the word "legendary," the 7.3 is basically a medium-duty truck engine that's probably good for 400k or 500k miles. Only downside is the stupid-heavy engine kills your payload rating.
The Limited was the top-of-the-line trim level, looks like it's in great shape, I'd say the price is only slightly high. $29k-$30k seems about right to me.
