FYI, a well maintained 7.3 will go a minimum of 250K with no issues. and most 7.3's were 325 and 550. Flywheel. Mine does a tad better with 323 RWHP and 630 on the dyno. Far as I'm concerned a 7.3 represents a non emissions engine and thats not all bad. That fact alone makes them worth good jack.
Like it or not, Tier 4 has ruined the diesel engine for a lot of reasons.
