Looking great so far! Having the camper on a rotisserie would be the cats azz. Holding up a big piece like that must be like a giant wet noodle. Are you gonna do 2" Eternabond for the roof/wall corner seems?
What's the back splash material? Aluminum or a chromed plastic? Looks great.
