What are the thoughts on this rig?

Anybody know the black tank size, I recall those tanks were like 6 gallons but not sure?
Have had a TT, PUP, etc. I was just nosing around and for the little we will go this would not be a big outlay in cash. I would think it would need to be below $5,000 however.

Queen Flip Out Bed on one end and a Double Flip Out Bed on the other end. Absolutely no rips in the canvas or screens, they are in perfect shape. Dinette also folds down for a total sleeping potential of 5-6 people. New tires within the last 500 miles. Very light at ~ 3700 pounds making it easy to tow.
