Not many in this economy willing to pay retail. That price is what a dealer might sell it for. For a private party sale, I would pay no more than 75% of low NADA less major repair costs. That is $7350 minus the cost to repair major damage. I would be looking in the $5-6K range max. Look around at what you can get used for $9K. I bought a mint 2009 Lance 825 for $9500. 6 years newer, aluminum framed, showroom mint condition. This just before I resold it for same and bought the 830. Good luck.
Low NADA on this was in the $11-12 range.
