has any one had code 2563 turbo before. Will the truck stop running or lose power. This code comes and goes so I have been ignoring it until something actually happens. it says sticking turbo vanes so is this replace with new turbo

First thing to do is clean the "turbo vane position sensor." You may have to do more depending.
