2004 Starcraft 10RT - Confused about exterior hookups

I've dug through the manual, and I can't figure out what the various water hookups are for - they don't match the manual.

On the left side (side opposite door):

There is a hookup just above the wheel that says "Non Pressure Water".

On the back left side, there are two other exterior water hookups, side by side. The one closest to the back has a white cap, unscrews, and the cap says M.A.S. (not sure if that means anything). The other one is at the same level, but closer to the front of the camper, has a black cap, but does not unscrew (just spins).

Anyone have one of these that can help? I've dug around the web, and I'm completely stumped.
  • The non-pressure, as Roy mentioned, is for filling your fresh water tank. It is basically a funnel down to the tank with a small vent line (black screened opening).

The one with the female connection (black plug) is where you would hook up the city water supply. Pull out the plug to attach a supply hose; make sure there's a strainer with a gasket installed.

The one with the male threads (white MAS cap) is your sink drain.

Pop-ups, unlike many larger trailers, will not fill the water tank from the pressurized city water supply connection.
  • Sorry, didn't know how to post images. Here is what I have:

The water pull out spout is for manual filling the FRESH WATER TANK. Be careful not to put too much pressure on this spout by resting a 5-gal JERI can as it may break off on you.

On the back side of the RT trailers is the city water hookup and the sink drain.

This is my setup for capturing the sink drain water. When one AQUA-TAINER 7.5 gal tote fills up I switch to the second one and then carry the full one to the bath house to pour down the toilet.

  • I couldnt find a good pic of both sides online..looks like by the door over the wheel is the fill for the onboard water tank..

Back left should have a connection that fits a water hose and is for using a water hookup at a campground. One of the others should be the drain for the sink.

If you can post a pic of both sides I can tell you what theyre for.
