Probably the worst engine in pickup history, there are those with good luck and those with expensive ones. Yes any engine has it's issues, but the 6.0 was the worst. The 6.4 was slight better, and the 6.7 seems to be a little better still... But ford hasn't ran a worthy or reliable diesel snide early 2003 with the 7.3.
