2005 Keystone Cougar 33ft circuit breakers?

The breakers are sized to protect the wire and still handle the current. I would guess 30 amps would work.

And yes my circuit breakers look like the one in that link.

So putting a 40amp in there would be bad I take it.

They are 30 amp get a couple of spares.

Do they look something like this?

If they control the slides, they are probably 30 amp.

Do the slides work without them?

Perhaps one is the tongue jack and the other is the 12 volt feed to charge the battery from the tow vehicle. I suggest you trace where the wires go and then you can determine the amperage. If your trailer is not too old the manufacturer should be able to advise you.
