I've had about a dozen different 5.4s in pickups, none as big as a CCLB truck and most were 2wd.
I would change your statement to "I got 13.42mpg!" And leave the word "only" out of it. You ain't going to do any better. Those are thirsty engines, especially under the hood of a truck that size.
