Sounds about right.
We get 14-15 with a 2008 V10 but we usually keep it to 65-70mph...that extra 5mph costs a surprising amount of fuel.
That's why the curiosity of what others got in mpg with their 5.4 solo. All milage is hand calculated.
You have a factory truck with overdrive that turns 3200 RPM at 75? What gear, tire, and transmission combo is that?
