Mine failed at 95000 miles.(2005 ram 3500 CTD 4x4) My mech. replaced them with upgraded joints and all is well. Think I paid around $800 bucks but that included a full service as well. Shop around for a good shop. I sure wouldn't get rid of my rig because of that.
