2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins - $11k for 200k miles?

Think again! The 48RE is a pretty good transmission with regular service. I think you are stuck on the automatics offered in the earlier Dodges.

Check it out, they ALL (Dodge, GM, and Ford) have had their share of problems with their automatic transmissions!
