If the 8th digit of the vin is a D it is 2006 LBZ HP/TQ 360/650 , if it is a 2 it is a 2006 LLY HP/TQ 310/605.
The easiest way to look for a tuner is to check the exhaust manifolds. The first thing you do when tuning is an EGT probe, that is where they go.
no egt is NOT a reliable indication of no tune. If you REALLY want to know, take it to a dealer and have them check the ECM with the GM diagnostics monitor. by around 06 the ecm will keep track of all programs loaded into the ecm and the gm diagnostics monitor can determine if they are factory or not. not factory=tune.
