As someone said above, when looking at 10yr old trucks, miles, care and condition are much more important in this case than which engine it has, and IMO if it's a tow rig mostly, the extra OD of he 6 speed is not needed as much as on a DD. The older Lilys and LB7s got just as good of mileage without the 2nd OD.
Any of them can have LBZ power or more with a canned tune that won't destroy the truck if used judiciously.
