Cab removal is actually only a 45 min to 1 hr job for the right mechanic, but I know it sounds like a huge deal. :) If you read this thread you'll know a few that have good things to say about the 6.0. As I've noted I traded a truck with a 6.0, but not because it had a 6.0.
