I am the original owner of a 2006 6.0 dually - completely stock, no mods except airbags and Ranchos. I've just passed 100,000 miles, almost all of them carrying a 4500# Lance truck camper. I am careful to do the maintenance on the severe schedule and so far I have had no issues.
