Why not get a repair estimate from a local RV place instead of relying on what seems like a way to costly a repair price from the factory?
I hope your local RV place has good labor rates. I have a Camping World 2 miles from home and their shop labor rates are $121 hr. Don't know what other RV dealership labor rates are? I bet many aren't experienced in pop-up's. I can see this being an expensive job to have someone do.
