2006 Hallmark Ute rotted wood repair
I'm going to start off my first post by saying I've been perusing this site for sometime, and have learned a lot...espcially lubing Happy Jacks. My wife and I have had this Hallmark Ute for a year....

My lord! You have a REAL project on your hands! If I had the space to work and the time, I'd simply remove anything of value from this camper and build an entire new shell out of composite material. The work involved in this "repair" might even take longer than starting from scratch.
Simply amazing how terrible these things are built! Why can't they use Monel staples for crying out loud! And lags into a small piece of wood to support a ton with wind loads when off the truck. Near criminal.
But I'm loving the thread.......Can't wait to see how it ends up!
