Rbertalotto--I will pretty much be replacing all of the wood structure. Looking at this project and looking at many posted here and around the web, I really cannot see to many differences. All seem to have some type of wood frame structure covered with a fiberglas panel or aluminum. Once the dimensions are taken from the walls prior to removing them, and a small blue print to record measurements, building a new wall should be a walk in the park (famous last words).
I did have another camper manufacturer contact me through a PM and offered to rebuild for half of what Hallmark wanted, but it was still a bit too much on my budget. I'm hoping not to go over much more than a grand for materials. I may take them up on their new composite roof though. This current roof has a sag that I do not think I can push out. I was thinking of adding trusses to the inside to support it and cover the entire roof with Rhino Liner, but being 6"-3" tall, I'd be cussing everytime I bumped one.
