The following are pictures of the rear wall framing...at least what's left of it. The previous owners had to be involved in some catastrophic weather situation around the gulf, maybe a hurricane?
I haven't come across any structural damage like broken boards or torn staples, like what someone might find in a high wind situation, just wood rot. I'm working on a print to record dimensions and it hasn't been easy. Looking at pictures of Hallmark campers in various stages of the build, I've taken a few liberties to increase some of the board sizes as seen in their pictures of the newer campers.
Here is a pic of the complete rear wall. The two larger holes you see are for the tail lights to pass through from the inside out...

This is the top LH rear wall...

Bottom LH rear wall...

Top RH rear wall. The hole you see is the vent from the shower/toilet...

Bottom RH rear wall...

Top of the door...

Bottom of the door...

The flooring appears to still be solid. I poked around with a screwdriver and could not get any penetration.
As for the 14 ft piece across the top on the sides, I like the finger joint suggestion...thanks.
