2006 Hallmark Ute rotted wood repair
I'm going to start off my first post by saying I've been perusing this site for sometime, and have learned a lot...espcially lubing Happy Jacks. My wife and I have had this Hallmark Ute for a year....

Finally got back to working on the Hallmark. I've added a few more pictures below showing the LH wall and the front wall. The last picture is of some hitch-hikers that traveled with us back to MN from Florida. Apparently they don't like the minus 25 degree weather during the winter.

Steel Frame with wheels...
This is the front LH corner. This is an area of some concern. The hot water heater sits in this hole. The "floor" section has some rot. I'll need to study this a bit to see how I can repair this without having to tear more things apart...
