I'm going to start off my first post by saying I've been perusing this site for sometime, and have learned a lot...espcially lubing Happy Jacks. My wife and I have had this Hallmark Ute for a year....

Below are the new wall frames made from the synthetic material from Space-age Synthetics.
I didn't have the lower storage area framed out when I took the picture. It's completed now and look just like the rear lower section on the RH wall (following picture)
The front frame has a 1-1/2" thick frame. Because I only had 3/4" material, I used the poly adhesive and stapled two 3/4" pieces together.
