I think this is one of them. Notice it says $14.88 for 10 pieces (10x), These appear to not have built in regulators, but I have had two on 24/7 for April, no failures yet, and my voltage can and does hit 14.8 volts. These are the white (6000k I think).

Don't ask me the difference between the white and cool white. I have messed with so many, I have forget. As I recall, the cool white is a bit brighter.
