Only thing I have left to make it perfect is the bathroom vent fan. Looks like a wasp nest took out the fan blades. - goneishn1Explorerwe have the same one ,good camper for our needs.did a 7500mile trip last year no issues at all .enjoy it

- wintersunExplorer III would not worry about the manufacturer no longer being in business. I bought a 2008 Lance 845 and when I contacted Lance in 2011 to get replacement parts they could not help me. Once the warranty period is up you are on your own regardless.
It is why I would hesitate to get a slide-out model as when the manufacturer decides to upgrade the mechanism or goes to a cheaper version it may not be possible to get replacement parts for an existing camper. - chuckklr04Explorer

- chuckklr04ExplorerIt's a done deal. She's sitting on my truck in the driveway. $4400 because the ac fan would not kick on. Betcha a mud dauber built a nest on the blades.
At this point, it looks like she only needs a propane bottle, deep cycle battery, and cable to tv.
Already have solar controller and solar panels. Will install at a later date.
