2008 F250 with 5.4
asking for a friend. Just to get an idea- 250 crew cab with the 5.4 V8 gas.... I need to find out the axle ratio. Any rough idea what they are capable of towing?

Google says that is 300 HP and 365 lb/ft of torque. Not bad for 2008. Pretty anemic by todays standards, especially for a HD/SD pickup.
Personally, I think anything above about 6000 pounds is going to "feel" heavy. I'd be looking for a V10 if I wanted a gas Ford of that vintage.
