2008 F250 with 5.4

Check the official ratings but something on the 6-9k lb (fully loaded weight) is probably quite reasonable.

It won't be a towing monster but not horrible either as long as you don't push too big.

GCWR will be 16K with the 3.73 axle, 18-18.5K with the 4.10. So approximately 8-10K depending on axle ratio.

Don't bet on the 3.73 unless it came with the factory HD Trailer Tow option.

Google search and you should be able to find how to decode axle based on door sticker.

Most likely a 3.73 gear and as for pulling the 5.4 is weak. I wouldn't want to pull more than 10k with a 4x4 crew cab.
