2008 gmc dually info

I have a chance to buy a 2008 gmc dually fully loaded except it's not 4x4 which I don't mind. Seller is at 32k firm with 47,000 miles. Really might pull the trigger On it. Is there any thing I should look out for ? Any major problems with these trucks?

I think it's a little high. Got my 2005 Ford CC diesel 4X4 with 11,000 miles on it for $25K from a dealer. Have you called around to the dealers to see what they have as comparisons?
