2009 KZ Spree 26RKS lite
We are contemplating buying this Spree. It seems to be in good shape. If anyone has owned one of these, please post any potential problems we might encounter. :)

I have the same year make and model with very minor issues. The biggest negative is the black tank is long and shallow which makes it next to impossible to empty completely unless you can dump while using the black tank rinser. It does have 3 tanks, one for the toilet, one for the shower & bathroom sink and one for the kitchen so you will run out of fresh water long before you fill the waste tanks. The only other down side I can see is the couch while comfortable in the beginning has little support and gets saggy.
Those two things would never stop me from buying it. We love the trailer & it has a ton of storage.
Take time to set up the hitch correctly. Rear kitchens are a little rear heavy so you will need more tongue weight and this trailer tows significantly different with a full water tank vs empty.
