2010-2012 Ram question

My left knee hurts a lot and my wife can't drive a stick so I'm thinking of switching to a 10-12 CTD... and no newer. I've been reading a lot and I was told the 12 has an IBC that works with hydraulics. Is 12 the only one of the 10-12s that have that IBC?
I'll be truck shopping while in Az for the winter.
TIA! Craig

  • I'm thinking no newer than 12 because I can do deletes and tuning. My 03 is already plenty of truck for my 15K and 18K trailers so any 4th gen dually should be great. The Aisin trucks are RARE and the tuned 68RFEs sound plenty appealing to me. Craig
  • Forget the heavily smog'd pre DEF 6.7's and get a 2013 or newer RAM. Much better trucks and in 3500 you can get the Aisin tranny. (tranny dip stick on the drivers side of the engine)
