I am thinking of going back to a diesel. Found a the above to trucks in Lariat trim. The 2010 has 65000km and the 2011 has 95000km. Which is the better truck? The 2010 I listed at $36900 and the 2011 is $39900. What should I be looking for in both of these trucks and which is the better engine? I like the 2011 as it already has a FW and spray in boxliner installed and the 2010 does not. The 2010 is white and the 2011 is Green. Your advice on which one to go with would be appreciated.

Get the green one unless you love sticking yourself in the eye with a pencil. ;)

Absolutely the 6.7L. Mine has been completely trouble free except for a bad battery. I haven't heard of any major problems except for rare fuel system trouble.

The '11 will get you much better mileage. You'll need to deal with DEF, but that's a minor issue. Plus I like green better than white.

I think you would be better off with the 6.7.

The better engine is the 6.2 Gasser or the 6.8 Gasser. I doubt you could kill either of them.

The motor with the best fuel efficiency and quieter and more power.. is the 6.7 Diesel. Between the diesels the 6.7 wins IMHO.

I've owned both the 6.4L 08 and 10 and the 11 6.7L the first 6.4L had some minor glitches the second was trouble free neither got much over 12mpg empty and 8 loaded. The 6.7L blew the 6.4L away though a lot more power very noticeable both empty and loaded I was getting 15mpg empty and 11mpg loaded. I'd definetly go for the 6.7L.

My truck was not green...it was brown...at least it's color matched the color of it's quality...:E:E:E

My 2012 6.7 is great. Have not had a 6.4, but the difference in power of the 6.7 over my previous 6.0 is just amazing. And I had one of the very good 6.0s.

6.7 is the truck to buy. Better mileage and better power.

Yes the 6.7 even with more miles would be a much better choice. With the higher mileage that means the person did a lot of freeway driving.
