Looks like the tow rating with the 3.08 rear end is 7,000 lbs. You can look up the exact rating for your truck's configuration in the Trailer Life 2010 Towing Guide
I had the same truck, but I don't recall that it had an engine oil cooler. Maybe that came with the HD trailering package. In the Trailer Life guide I believe that would be footnote (p).
